South Albany High School - 2018 Fall Athletic Registration

Registration Deadline 08/13/2018

Any student planning to participate in our athletic program must have clearance from the Athletic Coordinator prior to the first practice.

In order to obtain clearance, all athletes must have on file:

  • A physical form (OSAA Pre-Participation Examination)
  • A completed FamilyID online registration form
  • Paid the athletic participation fee

Physical form and participation fee must be turned in to the school office or to Athletic Director. Please do not turn the forms in to your coach.

All athletes must get a physical every two (2) years as per OSAA regulations. Forms can be found here: OSAA or in the main office. Please contact Mr. Platt or your coach for additional information.
