Mattituck-Cutchogue UFSD Chromebook Agreement 2021-2022

The Mattituck-Cutchogue School District has chosen Chromebooks for our 1:1 learning initiative for grades 2 - 12. The focus of the District’s Chromebook program is to provide tools and resources so that all students will be able to use technology effectively, efficiently and appropriately and be prepared for success in college, career and citizenship. Excellence in education requires that technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the educational curricula.  All students in Grades 2 through 12 will be assigned a district Chromebook insured by the district.

When you have read all the information contained in the links above please complete the online registration at the bottom of this page.

Devices cannot be distributed to students until this form is completed. 

Grades 7 - 12: Once your form is complete, we encourage you to pick up your Chromebook during the week of August 23 - 27 in the Mattituck Jr/Sr High School Library during the hours of 8:00am - 12:00pm. After this time period, students can pick up their Chromebook in the library during normal school hours.

Grades 2 - 6: Once your form is complete, Chromebooks will be distributed to students in their classroom during the first two weeks of school.
