2019-2020 SPRING SPORTS ONLY.
ATTENTION: THERE WILL BE A PARENT/ATHLETE MEETING ON MONDAY, MARCH 9TH AT 6:00 PM IN THE HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM.
It is recommended that you attend this meeting to learn about important changes in athletics this spring for both Middle School and High School athletes.
If your student participated in sport over the last two years and you have already created a FamilyID logon and family profile, you will just need to log in, choose your student from your family list and apply them to a sport. Once you have completed the form, both the Student and the Parent/Guardian will receive an email letting you know your registration has been submitted.
IF YOU CANNOT REMEMBER YOUR LOGIN, PLEASE CONTACT FAMILYID AT 1-781-205-2800 TO RESET YOUR USER. Do NOT create a new account (we will loose your students athletic history).
However, you are not yet cleared to participate in that sport. In order to be cleared, you will need to have a current physical on file, be a student in good academic standing (see below for definition of "student in good academic standing") and have made financial arrangements to submit athletic fees.
DEFINITION: A student in "Good Academic Standing" is a student that is NOT on HOLD due to owing resources, uniforms, fees and meets grade requirements.
Once you have been physically, academically and financially cleared, both the Student and the Parent/Guardian will receive an email letting them know that they are now cleared to participate in all aspects of the sport including practice, scrimmages and games.
In the event you have any questions or concerns while completing the registration, please contact Jae Smith in Athletics Office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 617-926-7748.
