The Oregon Athletic Directors Association is inviting your company to participate in our 50th Annual Conference. We are celebrating 50 years as an association and would love to have you join us for this special year. Once again the conference will be held at Sunriver Resort in beautiful Sunriver Oregon on April 13 -16 2019.
The exhibit area will be open for setup Sunday April 14 from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm with the first vendor session running from 12:15 pm to 3:15 and will include a Sundae Social. The exhibit area will be open again on Sunday from 5:30 -9:00 with a Burrito Bar and a large door prize drawing. The final Exhibitor session will be on Monday April 15 from 7:30 – 11:15 am with a light breakfast and the final Big Door Prize drawing at 11:00am. Breakdown will commence at 11:15am.
Please take note of the following:
- Special packages are available combining sponsorships with booth space and advertising. See the information that follows and contact me for more details if you have an interest.
- Booth fees are $350 for a single booth and $700 for a double booth.
- Booths are approximately 7’ X 8’ and include a 6 ft. table, pipe and drape two chairs, power strip and Wi-Fi if requested. (See Exhibitor Reply Form on the last page)
Those Exhibitors who attended our conference last year will be given first Priority for registration until December 7, 2018, after that we will add new exhibitors in the order in which their registration are received.
