Maine Audubon

A community of people who understand that when Maine's wildlife thrives, Maine thrives.

Summer day camps run throughout the summer at Gilsland Farm Audubon Center (Falmouth). We offer unique one-week sessions for both preschool (3-5) and school-age children (completed grades K-5) that encourage hands-on exploration of the natural world. Adult Programs take place year round around the state.

Maine Audubon is the state’s oldest and largest wildlife conservation organization. Since 1843, we have been connecting people to nature through a science-based approach to conservation, education, and advocacy. The largest Maine-based wildlife conservation organization, Maine Audubon has eight wildlife sanctuaries, 10,000 members, 2,000 volunteers, and serves over 50,000 people annually.

Our Mission: Maine Audubon works to conserve Maine's wildlife and wildlife habitat by engaging people of all ages in education, conservation, and action.
