WVADA ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2020
The 2020 West Virginia Athletic Directors’ Association Conference will be held at the Stonewall Resort State Park, Roanoke, West Virginia on March 28-29, 2020. The Conference has continued to grow over the past years. We anticipate great attendance from our members.
Your attendance at the conference should be very beneficial for you and your company. You have the opportunity to meet and talk with many of the leading athletic administrators in the state of West Virginia.
The conference exhibitor fee is $175.00. The fee provides a space to display merchandise, admission to the hospitality room.
The WVADA has reserved a block of rooms at the Stonewall for those who plan to attend. These rooms are being offered at a special rate per night, single or double. You can make reservation by calling the Stonewall Resort direct at 304-345-6500 or by calling (1-800-228-9290), Reservations deadline is March 13, 2020. Cost of room will be 115.00 plus tax. When you call for a reservation tell them you are attending the WVADA Conference to get the special room rate.
We are in need of door prizes for the conference. Providing a door prize is a great way to become known to the membership. We would welcome your participation in this area. Please let us know if you would prefer to do a door prize drawing at your booth or at the conclusion of each general session before we break and visit the exhibits.
