Welcome to HDMS Diamondback Fall Sports! |
You may pay the pay-to-play fee in the HDMS Main Office or through Touchbase found on the HDMS website. You must pay all fines and fees before we can accept your child's registration.
All student athletes must be cleared by the Athletic Director before the first competition. In order to be cleared, an athlete must have turned in a current sports physical, registered with FamilyID (this system), and paid all fines and fees, including the pay-to-play fee and any fall sports fines, in full.
Sports physicals are required for athletes competing in 6th grade athletics. Students who continue to participate in extracurricular sports after 6th grade must complete a physical exam in grades 7, 9, and 11 or if this is their first time participating with a Bend-La Pine Schools team. All physicals need to be completed prior to the sports season and not before May 1st of the summer before the current academic year. Please be sure to print out the OSAA School Sports Pre-Participation Examination form in English or Spanish and take it to your child's sports physical appointment. When you have completed the sports physical, please turn it in at the High Desert Middle School Main Office.
Once you've registered in the FamilyID system and turned in your child's completed sports physical at the Counseling Office, what are the next steps?
1. Pay the pay-to-pay fee. The pay-to-play fee for the 2018/19 school year is $40.00 per sport that is run by High Desert Middle School.
If you need assistance with the registration process, please contact FamilyID at 888.800.5583, ext. 1 or email@example.com.
