Welcome USC Marching Band Members & Parents,

I hope this finds you and your family well. This is our new Family ID portal. The system provides the opportunity to maintain essential health information for student participation in The PRIDE of USC Marching Band. 

Please take a couple of minutes to review the links, including the Marching Band Handbook, as well as complete the on-line forms listed below. Be sure to register for the correct section of the Marching Band (e.g., Auxiliary, Brass, Woodwinds, and Percussion). You will also note there is a question to indicate if you require a school-owned instrument (NOTE: this is not necessary for Auxiliary or Percussion Sections). 

The following forms must be completed on-line on/before the start of Band Camp (July 27, 2020): School District Forms: 1.) Upper St. Clair High School Marching Band Student and Parent Handbook Acknowledgement, 2.) USC Participation Waiver for Communicable Diseases including COVID-19, and 3.) the Concussion Management Awareness Form. Please Click on the link and upload the signed form (CONCUSSION INFORMATION).
