Total Athletic Performance Summer Conditioning Camp 2016

The Total Athletic Performance for Sport Conditioning Program (TAPS) developed by the staff of OPT Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine will target the sports-specific needs of athletes through the utilization of a variety of exercise techniques. This includes but is not limited to plyometrics, body weight resistance, medicine ball work, band work, and foot speed drills. The TAPS program not only improves the power, agility and speed of the athlete but is designed to promote team building, encouragement and motivation. These skills are necessary in the success of sport and life.


The camp is designed for athletes entering 5th grade through entering college freshman and is open to all schools. Athletes are split according to age and sport. Tuition includes a camp t-shirt.

♦ Monday June 27th - Fri Aug 5th

- No camp Fri July 4th

♦ Meets Mon, Weds and Fri

♦ 9:00 am - 11:00am

♦ Location: Mt. Hope High School Fields and Weight Room (199 Chestnut St, Bristol, RI)



Camp scholarships are available for those with a demonstrated financial need. Those with an inability to pay will not be turned away.
