Can I register for sports and clubs in other seasons?
Yes! This year we are allowing parents to register their scholar for winter and spring sports at the beginning of the year!
When are the deadlines to register my scholars for a sport or club?
- Winter Programs: November 21, 2019
- Spring Programs – March 9, 2020
Late registrations WILL NOT be accepted. If you need assistance, contact Jason Knecht, Director of Athletics and Activities, at 202-486-6652 or at Jason.firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration Fee Payment Dates:
Winter – December 6, 2019
Spring – March 20, 2020
Each of our program require a registration fee to help the school pay for specific expenses.
Any student whose registration fee is not paid in full by the deadline, will be removed from their program’s roster. Payment can be made the following ways:
- o Credit/debit card payment through Family ID
- o PayPal payment through Family ID (send to Jason.email@example.com)
- o Cash/Money (submit in an envelope with scholar’s name to the Main Office)
Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Directions for Online Registration
BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
Review these season’s program offerings on the following pages with your child. Select one or more programs that you would like to register child for. If you are selecting more than one program, please be sure that the programs do not meet on the same day(s).

A parent/guardian should register by going to this link:
Follow these steps:
- 1 To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
- 2 Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Sign Up/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using Family ID, click Sign Up.
- 3 Sign Up for your secure Family ID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select the agreement to the Family ID Terms of Service. Click Sign Up.
- 4 You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
- 5 Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to FamilyID.com
- 6 Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
- 7 Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.
- 8 Review your registration summary.
*Note: Please save your username and password so you can access your child’s saved information, which will make future registration even quicker and easier.
