Fall sports will start on Monday, August 10th for high school football, poms, and sideline cheer and Wednesday, August 12th for volleyball, cross country, and boys soccer.
If you have more than one child participating in athletics, you must register each one separately. A STUDENT SHALL NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY PRACTICE SESSION OR CONTEST UNTIL THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE MHSAA ANNUAL SPORTS HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE OR SPORTS PHYSICAL HAS BEEN HANDED IN TO THE COACH OR ATHLETIC OFFICE.
For the 2020-21 school year, the MHSAA pre-participation sports physical requirement will be waived for students in any grade who received a valid physical for sports during the 2019-20 school year (one completed on or after April 15, 2019). These students and their parents/guardians will be required to complete the two-page MHSAA ANNUAL SPORTS HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE found in this registration. If you participated in a Fall or Winter sport, you will NOT need to complete this process again.
