DURFEE HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT
Durfee High School athletic department will be running a 6 week strength and conditioning session outdoors on campus on the grass field (jv softball field). These sessions will be running in the evenings on Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30-7:00 beginning July 6, 2020. Times and dates are subject to change (i.e. inclement weather, graduation).
MEDICAL INFORMATION FOR ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION
Before any athlete can participate in the strength and conditioning sessions at B.M.C. Durfee High School the student/athlete must do the following: REGISTER, wear a mask onto campus, bring sneakers/rubber cleats (NO METAL CLEATS), have their own drink. If student athletes are required to use an inhaler or epi-pen they must have that with them-please check expiration dates!
Parent/Guardian must complete the online registration which follows, including a health history of the student-athlete, and complete/sign included agreements.
If your son/daughter has had a physical updated they are encouraged to bring a copy so that the athletic department is up to date.
