Sports offered this Spring include: Baseball, Softball, Boys and Girls Track, Boys and Girls Tennis, Crew, and Boys (grades 9-12) and Girls Lacrosse (grades 7-12) (Lee Host Team).
Lacrosse: Please register via Lee's FamilyId on their website. All physicals should be turned in to our school nurse Jen Drees. Impact testing should be completed at LMMHS. The mandatory Lee Spring Sports Pre-Season Meeting will be Monday, March 9th, at 6 PM in the Lee HS Auditorium.
To be eligible to try-out for a spring sports team, the following must be met.
1) Please complete registration on Family ID prior to tryouts on Monday, March 16th. Using Family ID, the Athletic Department will generate tryout rosters for each sport for which the coaches will use to determine who is eligible to tryout.
2) All students must have an up to date impact test. Impact tests are valid for 2 years after the test date. Impact testing will be offered on March 11th and 12th from 2:45-3:30 and March 13th from 11:15-noon in room 51 (Mr. Pugh's classroom). This is a cognitive baseline test which is used by your doctor in the event of a concussion.
3) All students MUST have an updated (within 13 months) physical exam on file with the school nurse. Please contact our school nurse Jen Drees @ firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. Students with expired physicals will not be permitted to participate in try- outs, practices or contests until a new physical exam has been turned in. Understand that your physical can expire during the sports season. Please plan ahead to avoid missing any tryouts/practices/or contests.
The mandatory Lenox Spring Sports Pre-Season Meeting (for all parents, students and coaches) is on Monday, March 23rd from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Duffin Theatre.
