Spend a day among traditional and contemporary African art, learn about its global influence, and how it continues to change our world. You'll see colorful masquerades and masks, beautiful symbolic textiles, and learn about women artists. Following lunch, you'll create African art projects in our studio classroom. Then we'll explore the art, life, and vision of our founder, Eleanor Norcross, with a guided tour and gallery sketching. Bring a bag lunch.
Open to troops and girls with an adult. Cost: $10/girl, $3.00/adult
