Do you have unfinished pieces in your tool box? Are you looking for time in the studio to figure out how to transform your samples into masterpieces? Maybe this summer is the time to focus on learning to make bezels, flush set stones or fold form. This class will focus on helping students complete ongoing projects, find solutions for difficulties with ongoing projects, or learn specific techniques. Demonstrations could include etching, fold forming, keumbo, tube setting, hollow construction, rolling mill inlay and bezel setting. Tool kits are available for rental. Some materials will be provided by the instructor, along with information on the purchase of additional materials and tools.Instructor will provide copper for first forging project.Additional materials can be purchased at www.riogrande.com.* Fee includes lab & administrative fees.
