Class meets on Wednesdays
In this class we will blend traditional yoga postures with the fluid movement of Qigong to support a stronger more flexible spine and promote an inner and outer sense of balance. Breath work and meditation will also be incorporated to quiet the mind and renew both body and spirit. All are welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary.
