PTSD is now completing online registration for Penn-Trafford School District’s Student Emergency/Medical Information and Technology registration.
ALL Student Families MUST complete this Emergency/Medical Information and Technology Registration.
This FamilyID online registration will allow you to make changes to your student's Emergency/Medical Information at any time during the school year. Notification will be sent to the appropriate school personnel to update your information in PowerSchool. You will not have to make additional notifications.
The Penn-Trafford School School District continues to prepare its students with 21st Century trends in education. Penn-Trafford School District will provide a Chromebook for each student grades 1-12 and an iPad to each kindergarten student, ensuring we graduate students who can work digitally, collaborate meaningfully, and communicate in connected, real-world ways. Please fill out the registration form below, individually for each student.
Please be sure to enter all the required information as you will not be able to submit your student's registration until completed. If you have difficulty with your registration, please feel free to contact FamilyID Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-311-4060. If you get to their voicemail message, please leave a message with a phone number as they will return your call.
Once your student's information is reviewed, if there is need for follow-up for an Individualized Health Plan due to a medical condition and you have not already submitted the appropriate forms and medical documentations, the School Nurse at your student's school will contact you. If you have medical concerns for your student, please feel free to reach out to your school nurse at your child’s school health office.
