Class meets on Mondays & Wednesdays

 Bring your day to a peaceful close by relieving stress and anxiety, encouraging balance, strength and flexibility.  Patiently move past current body limitations to strengthen and stretch the entire body.   Enjoy a quiet close to the class leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed. You will need a Yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing to enjoy this class.
