This program is to provide for the care, welfare, safety, and security of everyone involved in a crisis situation. The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training provides participants the principles and techniques, which have proven effective in resolving potentially violent situations. Also, the program teaches the ways to intervene more safely when behavior becomes dangerous.
Date(s): October 17 & 18, January 16 & 17, April 17 & 18, and June 25 & 26 (choose one)
Time for Day 1 and Day 2: 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Registration 8:00 a.m.)
Cost: $12, Workshop is for SCC RESA Members only (members are employees of the seven public school districts in St. Clair County and Cros-Lex Schools). if you are identified by your district as KIP, the $12 fee will be waived).
