From there the attendees will be taken through a variety of strength and fitness exercises meant to keep them in optimum shape for their desired sport or simply for their desired fitness level.
This camp is for current High School Students and in coming 9th grade students only. The goal of the summer fitness camp is to assist student athletes in their fitness regimen over the summer and help non-athletes to become more healthy. The Summer Fitness Camp is NOT FOR FOOTBALL PLAYERS.
