The 2018 Running Club season will last during the months of September and October. In general we will strive to practice 2 or 3 times per week in addition to 4 meets through the season. Practices will start after school and will last until around 4:15pm (please be gracious if we run about 10 minutes late!). Practices will generally consist of a warmup, a running workout, and then will finish with general strength and stretching. A full schedule will be released closer to the beginning of the season.
As it is with most humble beginnings, we will not be able to accept all students who are interested. The team will be capped at 40 runners; we will first look to accept runners who are able to be committed to all practices and meets throughout the season.
