This lifting program is offered to all student-athletes and will focus on improving your overall athleticism. Athletes will be instructed on proper lifting techniques and progressions. This program will also include static and dynamic stretching routines, agility drills, plyometrics and nutritional information. Sign up and take your game to the next level! The lifting program takes place every Monday-Friday 3:30pm-5:15pm. This program will be supervised by Belchertown High School varsity football coach Ed Wyzik. This program begins on Monday January 8th.
