Components of the program:
On Sundays an overview of the program will be sent out. Each morning the day's workout will be shared. Workouts will include links to vetted online video resources including but not limited to:
- Physiological training program:
- Weight/body circuits
- Learning tutorials (for specific exercises)
- Rowing technique videos
- Nutritional planning
- Sport-specific psychology resources
- Planning for college recruiting (2k score training plan)
- For interested athletes
We will provide information on a daily platform for sharing - photos - everyone posts a photo on their given days.
**Please make sure the participant's emails and cell phone number are provided on the registration. This is how how we will share workouts each day.
No swim test is required for the virtual part of the program. However, we would like to add an on the water training element if possible in the future. Please note, if you have not completed a swim test for our program you will be required to do so before getting in a boat.
