Thank you for registering for participation in Agoura High School's Music Program!
All AHS music students MUST be cleared for participation even If you have completed the clearance process for an AHS sport. If you have already created a FamilyID account, simply login AFTER you select your music class option below. You will be prompted to select your music section(s), your Participation Donation amount and your student name, which will then auto-populate the form.
For students who have not yet registered, please have the necessary emergency contacts and health insurance information on hand to fill out the required forms. A parent or guardian and the student must both be present to electronically sign forms.
Participation Donations: Our goal is to receive voluntary donations of $275 for each student participating in one music class and $400 for each student participating in two or more music classes (including Madrigals). This “fair share” approach is consistent with athletes participating in multiple sports or students participating in other multiple activities at AHS. Please note that “Wind Ensemble/Marching Band” is considered one class. In addition, the AHS Music Program requested donation is still significantly less than other local music programs. These donations are tax deductible. Our taxpayer ID No. is 95-3279990.
Please select the Paypal option to donate with your credit card as this is the only method for Boosters to collect credit card donations.
The registration process for all music students should be completed by August 21, 2019 which is the first day of school.
Before beginning the registration process, you will need the following:
1. A parent & music student must go through the online registration process together
2. Emergency contact and insurance information
3. A credit or debit card available to make the voluntary Participation Donation
