Thank you for registering for participation in Agoura High School's Marching Band!
All AHS music students MUST be cleared for participation even If you have completed the clearance process for an AHS sport. If you have already created a FamilyID account, simply log-in. You will be prompted to select your music section(s), your voluntary donation amount and your student's name. Your information will then auto-populate the form.
For students who have not yet registered, please have the necessary emergency contacts and health insurance information on hand to fill out the required forms.
Important information for Marching Band: All Marching Band students, both new and returning, will need to complete a Sports Physical two weeks prior to in-person practices and performances. We will inform Marching Band students of the sports physical due date when practice dates are announced. For now, please complete the Activity Registration without uploading the Sports Physical.
Donation Campaign: To maintain the level of excellence expected from the AHS Music Program, the AHS Music Boosters requests your support. Your voluntary donation is the PRIMARY source of revenue for the AHS Music Program and your donations directly beneﬁt EVERY student involved in the program. These donations are tax deductible. You will have the opportunity to donate here while registering for Activity Clearance. Our taxpayer ID No. is 95-3279990.
Please select the PayPal option to donate with your credit card as this is the only method for Boosters to collect credit card donations.
The registration process should be completed by August 18, 2020.
Before beginning the registration process, you will need the following:
1. Parent and marching band student must go through the online registration process together
2. Emergency contact and insurance information
3. A credit or debit card available to make your voluntary Music Program Donation
