Manchester Essex Regional Middle High School is pleased to offer the following sports for the Spring 2018 season:
The High School Spring Season will begin on Monday, March 19, 2018. All schedules can be found at www.mascores.com.
There will be practices and games on weekends and during April vacation.
The mandatory student athlete/parent guardian meeting will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 6:30 PM. Registration, physical submitted if necessary and receipt of user fee payment must be completed by Friday, March 9, 2018.

All students are required to turn in a copy of their most recent physical, dated no earlier than February 19, 2017. Physicals are valid for 13 months, can expire mid season and MUST be turned in to the Athletic Office by Wednesday, March 9, 2018 via mail, fax, email, or in-person.
******Please be aware that, if a student athletes physical expires during the season, they will become immediately ineligible and not be permitted to participate until an updated physical is on file in the Athletic Office! It is the responsibility of the student athlete and parent/guardian to provide this information to the Athletic Department prior to the expiration date.******
Athletic Fees are as follows (please be aware that the fee is based on the grade level of the student athlete not the level of the sport): Students will be ineligible for participation until the fee is paid or a payment plan has been developed prior to the start of the season.
Athletics Fee Schedule 2017-2018
$1,550 Families with HS or HS and MS student athletes
$1,200 Families with MS student athletes only
Fee's are not refundable or transferable once the first contest is played.
The high school family cap will be used for any family with either high school or high school and middle school students athletes participating. The middle school cap is used for families with middle school only student athletes. Payment is due by March 9, 2018. Checks should be made out to MERSD and mailed to MERSD - Athletics at 36 Lincoln Street, Manchester, MA 01944. Payment can also be made by e-check or credit card via the UniPay Gold link which can be accessed in your registration confirmation email or via the Athletics web site. Students will not be eligible to participate until the user fee is received by the Athletic Department. Families with a hardship should contact the Athletic Department prior to the start of the season.
Waiver Information: Families may apply for a waiver by filling out the Free or Reduced Lunch form. A link to this form is available on the Athletics or Food Service web page.
