Mars Area High School Winter Sports
(If you have previously created a FamilyID account, go to the bottom of the page and click on Register Now to Login to register for a 2019/20 Winter Sport. Update your information and print out Section 7 if you played a fall sport or Sections 5 and 6 if this is your first sport for this school year. Turn in completed forms and your $100 athletic fee to the nurse/guidance office in your building. (Or Pay Online for an additional $3.30)
If this is your first experience with FamilyID, click on the green Register Now button, then click Sign Up. Enter account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), email address and password. Select the agreement to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Sign Up.
You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account.

Before any student can participate in tryouts, the following requirements must be met:
1. Complete this online form:
Parents/Guardians are responsible for filling out this form completely, along with your student-athlete.
2. Physical and Health History:
Physicals for the 2019/20 school year must be dated AFTER June 1, 2019 and turned in
with a physician verification written on script or physician/office stamp on form (Sec. 6). Section 7 (for a second sport) must be dated within 6 weeks of the first winter practice date.
Turn in to nurse/guidance office.
3. Pay Athletic Fee of $100 (Make payable to Mars Area School District and turn in along with physical forms Sec. 5 & 6. or Sec. 7.)
Mars Area School Board has approved a $100 Athletic Participation Fee per student per sport. (e.g. If a student participates in three sports, for example, the fee will be $300.) There is no per student or family cap. Note: Students eligible for free or reduced price school meals will have their fees waived. Checks should be turned in with physicals to Mars Area High School Nurse/Guidance Office. No athlete will be permitted to practice without a completed physical and paid fee.
