WELCOME TO WINTER TRAINING!
2018 / 2019 Winter Training:
Winter Training prepares rowers for the physical demands of our sport in off-season months; stronger rowers with endurance and strength training are more successful when they get back on the water in the Spring. The program will consist of erging, body circuits, weights and other activities to keep practices interesting.
If you're participating in another sport and are interested in working out on the strength training days, please email Jessica Burbridge.
Winter Training Dates:
Monday – Friday: December 10, 2018 – March 15, 2019
No Practice: During school vacation weeks
5:30 - 7:00am
C.R.A.S.H.-B Indoor Rowing Competition in Boston

The C.R.A.S.H.-B is the “World Indoor Rowing Championship” held right here in Boston. Every rower, regardless of enrollment in Winter training, is invited to compete in this event. More information will be distributed about this event in the next few weeks.
