MANDATORY IMPACT CONCUSSION EXAM
The concussion testing is mandatory, per KP policy, for all Juniors and Freshman as well as any transfer students or any student who has not taken it in the past 2 years.

CONCUSSION BASELINE EXAM AND COURSE (2 SEPARATE THINGS)

King Philip Athletes must complete a baseline concussion test every 2 years.  This is set up so that it is usually done for all Juniors and Freshman.  In the event that your child did not complete a baseline concussion test at KP last year (examples include - transfer as a sophomore or senior, did not participate last year or any other reason) you child must complete in order to be eligible to participate in sports.

Baseline concussion tests will be administered at home this year. This test must be completed by prior to tryouts or first practice.

THE LINK WAS IN THE EMAIL WE SENT BUT IF YOU MISSED IT YOU CAN ACCESS IT HERE AS WELL
