Quaboag Regional Middle / High School is proud to offer all of our students athletic opportunities in the the following fall sports:
- Cross Country
- Field Hockey
To enroll on a team a student must be in good academic standing. Eligibility in the Fall Athletic Season is predicated on final grades. In order for a student to participate they may not exceed more than one failing final grade in any subject from the previous academic year. If you have a question regarding this please reach out to the Athletic Department at Quaboag at your earliest convenience
Any new HIGH SCHOOL students who are new to Quaboag this Fall should register AND reach out to Mr. Bouchard prior to the start of the Athletic Season as there is some additional paperwork that must be completed prior to athletic participation.
COPY OF CURRENT ANNUAL PHYSICAL
To enroll on a team the registration form must be completed and a hard-copy of the student's current physical (completed within the last 13 months) must be submitted to the school nurse, or uploaded during the registration process before the first day of the sport season.
Quaboag Regional Middle / High School athletics has a $85 annual fee per student per academic year. This is due prior to the first athletic contest played during the current school year. This can be paid by check made out to "Quaboag Athletics", or online through Unipay Gold. The link is below.
