Rockport High School offers the following Fall Sports:

High School practices begin on Monday August 24th.
Middle School Field Hockey meeting on Wednesday September 2 and will start Thursday September 3rd.
If an athlete owes equipment, a uniform, fees, an updated physical or any other school obligation they will not be allowed to participate until these items are taken care of. Registration will close no later than the first scheduled contest for each individual team.

Physical exam must be submitted to the athletic office by August 20th.
*NEW POLICY* Physicals will be valid for 13 months from the date of exam. If the physical expires during the course of an athletic season, the student-athlete must submit an updated physical to the athletic office in order to remain eligible to participate.
COMPLETE ONE ONLINE CONCUSSION COURSE
Parents and students – athletes who plan to participate in any Rockport Middle/High School athletic program must complete a free on-line concussion course. Two free on-line courses are available and contain all information required by law. The first is available through the National Federation of High School Coaches. You will need to click the “order here" button and complete a brief information form to register. At the end of the course, you will receive a completion receipt. The entire course, including registration, can be completed in less than 30 minutes.
All parents are required to complete and submit Department Report of Head Injury During Sports Season Form to the athletic director if a student sustains a head injury outside of the extracurricular activity.
User fee is $300 per year per student for high school sports; $250 for middle school student playing high school sport, $200 for middle school sports and cheering, $350 for ice hockey. User fee payment is also due by August . Checks should be made out to Rockport Athletic Revolving Account and mailed to John Parisi, AD Rockport High School - 24 Jerdens Lane, Rockport, MA 01966. There will be no online payment option for Fall 2020!!
User fee deadline is Monday September 7 - If payment has not been received student athletes will not be allowed to participate unless other arrangement's have been made with the Athletic Director.
Waiver Information: Families may apply for a waiver by filling out the Free or Reduced Lunch form. The form can be found on Rockport web page under "Forms"
