Cheerleading (Registration and tryouts were conducted in June- payment is due by 8/3 to avoid late fee)
Registration and payment must be received by August 3rd to avoid a $25.00 late fee.
POLICY REGARDING PHYSICAL EXAMS FOR SPORTS
Regulations require the school to have a current physical on file for the entire season (current physicals need to be dated within 13 months of activity).
In order for the physical to be valid for the ENTIRE 201i8 fall season it must be dated October 30, 2017 or later.
If your child's current physical is dated between July 25, 2017 & October 30, 2017 it will expire during the fall season.
Please plan ahead and schedule a new appointment for around the same date as the old one (remember the old one is good for 13 months)
EXAMPLE - physical is dated August 30, 2017 - it will expire on September 30, 2018 so a new one must be scheduled between August 30th and September 30th to remain current.
If we do not receive a new physical before the 13 month expiration date the athlete will become ineligible to play until a new physical is submitted. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
The Fall season begins August 23, 2018 (EXCEPTION FOOTBALL begins August 17, 2018) if you do not have an up-to-date physical in our school files by the first day of tryouts, you will be ineligible to tryout.
