Before participating in practice, all student-athletes must complete the following steps:
1. Submit a current and clear physical examination (from within the last 13 months) to the high school nurse. If a student participates in a game with an invalid physical the MIAA dictates a suspension for that number of future games.
2. Register for one sport for that season via FamilyID.com by completing and agreeing to all sections of the registration process.
3. All new students or incoming freshman and juniors must complete the online concussion test. Please see your registration packet for available dates. (Concussion test scores are valid for 2 years)
4. Pay the Athletic Participation Fee after September 1st at the ELHS athletic website ($149.00). Or use an athletic credit from Covid-19. This will all be communicated from the athletic director after September 1st.
*Please contact the AD's office directly 525-5460 X4 if you/your student-athlete:
a. Transferred from another school district in the past 12 months (extra paperwork/approval required before participating in games)
b. Will turn 19 prior to September 1st of the current school year (extra paperwork/approval required before participating in games)
c. Have exceeded 8 semesters since entering 9th grade (extra paperwork/approval required before participating in games)
