1. Physical Exams- No student may participate in Black Knights Summer Strength and Conditioning Program until a physical exam has been submitted to the Stoughton High School Nurse's office. The physical exam must NOT be dated more than 13 months old through the course of a given season to be eligible to participate. Once a physical exam is over 13 months old the student will be declared ineligible until a valid physical (under 13 months old) is submitted to the Nurse's office. Take this opportunity to double check with the Nurse's office that your most up-to-date physical is on file. If you have been examined within the 13 month period and the Nurse does not have a copy, please contact your primary care and request a copy so the Nurse may clear your son or daughter. If you can not get an appointment, urgent care is an option for those willing to pay an additional fee for the service. In order to be eligible for Day 1 of the Black Knights Summer Strength and Conditioning Program an up-to-date physical needs to be turned into the Nurse's Office.
2. Online Registration Form- Students can not participate in the Summer Program until they have submitted a FamilyID registration form. If you are having technical difficulties please contact Family ID for assistance at 888-800-5583 x1.
3. Athletic Participation Fee - There is no fee to participate in the Summer Program.
4. Functional Movement Screening - All athletes attending the Summer Program must attend the Functional Movement Screening on JUNE 18th at 2:30pm (West School Complex). This allows Marathon Sports to generate specific insight for common movement inefficiencies (Focus on areas of needed improvement).
