State POLICY REGARDING PHYSICAL EXAMS FOR SPORTS:
STATE regulations require the school to have a valid physical on file for the entire Spring season (VALID physicals need to be dated within 13 months of activity). In order for the physical to be valid for the ENTIRE Spring season it must be dated April 30, 2019 or later. If the physical is dated before that date it will expire before or during the Spring season. The athlete will become ineligible to play until a new physical is submitted. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE as a STATE rule. (Example: physical is dated February 10, 2019 -- if no new physical is submitted the athlete will be UNABLE to practice or play in any game starting March 11, 2020)
The SPRING season begins March 16, 2020 for all sports' programs. If you do not have an up-to-date physical in our school files by the first day of tryouts, you may be ineligible to tryout.
