HBMS is proud to offer an off-season weight training program, available to all middle school athletes. Strength and Conditioning sessions will be led by Athletic Trainer, Michael Thompson, in the HBHS Weight Room, and will be tailored to the Middle School athlete. Please note that there is a limit of 20 participants per section, and slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
