If you have never used Family ID before, simply click on the 'register' link below and complete all of the necessary Back-to-School forms in just minutes. Please note: "Participant" = Student
If you are already registered with Family ID, simply sign in and click on the 2018-19 Required Forms link and complete the necessary information.
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE STUDENT, select “Create New Participant” under the “Participant Information” section to add each of your children to the system.
