Everyone must go through the on-line procedure in order to be allowed to participate in any regular season practices beginning March 2nd.
* If this is your 2nd or 3rd sport this year, you just need to choose your spring sport, make any updates to the rest of the sections which will auto-load, but you will need to sign all agreements again (note which are for parent and which are for student to sign). Your registration will be processed and an email will be sent to the account owner stating "Approved" or explaining why it's not approved. You do not need to attend clearances on the 11th.
*If this is your 1st sport of the year, complete and submit this registration and then attend the after-school team scheduled sports clearances on February 11th.

Any past/current school fees or fines must be paid along with the athletic fee. The athletic fee covers all costs for athletics and activities during the school year. Although it looks like an option, FamilyID is not set up for payment of the Athletic Fee. You can pay at Wilsonville High School, mail in, or use our on-line Web Store. https://webstores.activenetwork.com/school-software/wilsonville_high_sch/
*1st sport - $300
*2nd sport - $50
*3rd sport - $25
(Equestrian, Skiing, Snowboarding do not pay Athletic/Activity fee. Pay program fees directly to the program.)
*ACTIVITY Fee - $225 (annual fee - covers the full year for all activities, including Cheer, Dance and Interschool Basketball. If a student is also participating in a school sport and paying an Athletic Fee, the Activity Fee is waived).
*Students on FREE/REDUCED LUNCH are waived both the Athletic/Activity Fee once Verification Letter from Nutrition Services is received by the WHS Bookkeeper. Reminder you must apply each year. Application can be found under Links in right margin of this page.

ALL STUDENTS who compete in athletics/activities must be enrolled in and passing 5 classes - even as a senior.
*Physicals must be conducted by your physician PRIOR to clearance, or before you can participate in any manner. Only the OSAA Sports Physical Form is accepted. Physicals are good for 2 years form the date of the exam. You can check the link in the right margin of this page to see if you have a current physical on file and also download a physical form if needed. If you have a current physical that is not yet on file, you can upload a copy directly to your FamilyID on-line registration, or bring a hard copy to clearances.
*After completion of the on-line registration, an email will be sent to you confirming it has been received. This does NOT mean the athlete is "cleared" to participate. Athletes are not cleared until their registrations status states "Approved".
If you are a 1st-sport athlete and can not attend clearances on the 11th, you will need to see BJ Cerny, Athletic Secretary, outside of class time in the main office before March 2nd to clear.
NOTE: There will be NO processing of Spring sports clearances after school on March 2nd, so please plan accordingly.
