The first step in athletic registration is to complete to FamilyID online registration. Please do this first! You will receive a confirmation email once your FamilyID registration is complete. If you do not receive an email, you have not completed registration. Please go back into your account and make sure you have filled out all fields and signatures, and hit the Submit button. If you still do not receive a confirmation email, please contact FamilyID support at 1-781-205-2800.
The next step is payment. PAY-TO-PLAY FEE AND ASB ARE PAID ONLINE.
Before registration can be completed, all fines and fees must be taken care of. Students must be cleared in the Athletics Office before they may practice.
Students will need a new physical for their 9th and 11th grade years or if they have not participated in a sport before (form can be found and printed at http://www.osaa.org/docs/forms... or click on Physical Exam Form found in 'Link' section). All physicals need to be done prior to the sports season and not before May 1st of the previous year. Please turn your completed and dated sports physical into the athletics office.
If you do not have medical insurance and would like to purchase this for your student, sports insurance is available for a nominal fee. Click on the Student Accident & Sickness Insurance link or forms are available in the athletic office. You can also go to https://www.myers-stevens.com/...
Summit High School has a Family Cap of $300/School Year. This CAP applies to OSAA sports only. If you believe you fall into this category, please contact the athletic office.
