2020 Spring

Please review the following information related to all rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to the Audubon High School Athletic Program. Please note: no student will be allowed to step onto the practice field until all forms and requirements have been completed.

Physical Requirement:

All participants must have a signed Physical and Student-Athlete Contract on file in the Athletic Office in order to participate in interscholastic sports programs. Athletes must meet Audubon High School and NJSIAA eligibility requirements as found in the Student Handbook. Athletes must abide by all school policies, which are located in the Student Handbook. All injuries are to be reported immediately to your Coach and to our Athletic Trainer for proper examination and if needed, a referral to appropriate medical personnel or services. Students are to be in school by the end of 1st period if they wish to participate in a scheduled practice or game on that day.

Online Pre-Concussion Baseline:

Impact Testing (pre-concussion assessment) is required for ALL student athletes. Once taken, the test results are good for two academic years. If taken for the fall season, there is no need to re-test for the winter or spring seasons.
