2020 Seneca Valley Summer School Student Application

Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.

This summer school application is for Seneca Valley students and students living in the Seneca Valley School District only.  Any non-Seneca Valley student wishing to register for a summer school class should utilize the non-Seneca Valley student application which will be available on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.  

Summer School courses are selected from the cyber courses offered during the 2019 - 2020 school year. The school district reserves the right to limit summer offerings. Payments for courses not offered will be refunded. Summer school is a self-sustaining program. 

Please make sure to choose the appropriate section below if registering for the PE and Health courses as there are 2 sections for Seneca Valley students to utilize and 1 section exclusively for non-Seneca Valley students who live in the district to utilize.

Students are encouraged to register for summer school courses early to ensure course availability. Students may begin working on their academic courses after the applicable orientation meeting listed below. Login information will be provided at the orientation meetings.

Orientation Meetings

-Acceleration and Audit Orientation (Non-mandatory, but recommended attendance for new cyber students) - Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Haine School Cafeteria/Auditorium.,

-Credit Recovery Student Orientation (Mandatory - Prescriptive Testing) - Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at Haine School.


Summer School Registration Costs of 2020

Full-year Courses - Acceleration, Audit with Teacher Support and Credit Recovery -  $260.00
 
Semester Courses - Acceleration, Audit with Teacher Support and Credit Recovery 
- $130.00

Full-Year and Semester Courses - Audit without teacher support - $40.00

 
If your child drops their course by May 27th at 3:00 p.m., you will be refunded the cost of your course(s) minus a $35.00 fee. Refunds will not be issued for courses dropped after May 27th.
