Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the NJSIAA will regulate the "summer recess" session which will begin with Phase 1 from July 13th to July 26th. The Return to Play Guidelines, Phase 1 are accessible through the link below.
To be eligible to participate in the summer recess session, each student-athlete must have their parents/guardian complete the 5 question questionnaire related to COVID-19 in this registration at least 7 days prior to your sports first workout. If any of the questions are answered yes, your son/daughter must have a note from their physician clearing them to participate.
Along with completing the Familyid registration, each student-athlete and coach must complete the Daily Pre-Screening Questionnaire prior to arrival at the facility and have their temperature taken by a staff member that is not coaching that day. This must be done before each workout.
If any coach or student-athlete answers yes to any of the questions on the Daily Pre-Screening Questionnaire or has a temp of 100.4 or higher, they will be sent home and may not return to workouts until cleared by your family Dr.
