COVID-19 Announcements: Registration for Fall Sports is currently open but fees will not be collected at this time. The Oregon Department of Education is reviewing the Pre-Participation Physical Exam policy and may amend it due to the state of the medical industry. At this time, we are not asking athletes to get a physical and will share the requirements when they are announced.
Welcome to Cleveland High School's online-only sports registration. This system provides convenience and efficiency for you, the coaches and the athletic office. After you sign up once, it's very easy to register for other sports or add siblings. This form must be filled out by the parent/guardian and athlete together.
Fall sports practices begin August 17 pending approval. Completing this online registration and having a current physical form on file is required before an athlete can practice or participate in pre-season workouts.
The sports fee is $205 per PIL sport. The cap is $410 per school year per athlete and $820 per family per school year. A reduced fee is available if you qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch. Payment is not being collected at this time.
