ALL fall sports athletes must go through the on-line procedure in order to be allowed to participate in any regular season practices beginning August 17, 2020.
Any past/current school fees or fines must be paid along with the athletic fee. The athletic fee covers all costs for athletic and activities during the school year.
*1st sport - $300
*2nd sport - $50
*3rd sport - $25
*ACTIVITY Fee - $225 (annual fee - covers the full year for all activities, including Cheer, Dance and Interschool Basketball. If a student is also participating in a school sport and paying an Athletic Fee, the Activity Fee is waived).
*Students on FREE/REDUCED LUNCH are waived both the Athletic/Activity Fee once Verification Letter from Nutrition Services is received by the WHS Bookkeeper. Reminder you must apply each year. Application can be found under Links in right margin of this page.

ALL STUDENTS who compete in athletics/activities must be enrolled in and passing 5 classes - even as a senior.
Physicals must be conducted by your physician PRIOR to clearance, or before you can participate in any manner. Only the OSAA Sports Physical Form is accepted. Physicals are good for 2 years form the date of the exam. You can check the link in the right margin of this page to see if you have a current physical on file and also download a physical form if needed. If you have a current physical that is not yet on file, you can upload a copy directly to your on-line registration, or bring a hard copy to clearances.
*After completion of the on-line registration, an email will be sent to you confirming it has been "received". This does NOT mean the athlete is "cleared" to participate. They will get "cleared" in the main office at their scheduled clearance time.
