TUSHD is unable to fully fund its performing arts programs, and thus collects fees per participant to help offset the costs to the district. This still leaves the individual programs responsible for the vast majority of their operating costs; many of those operating costs are borne by the individual student participants. Below is a brief overview of the fees associated with the BAND program.

District Course Fee $30 paid annually @ bookstore in Aug.

     Note: If you apply for, and are granted free or reduced lunch status, ALL of your school course fees will be lowered (25% off for reduced lunch status; 50% off for free lunch status).

District Extracurricular Activity Fee (ECA Fee) $50 paid annually @ bookstore in Aug.

• Band Program Fair Share Membership Dues

Payments for the fees associated with the extracurricular elements of our band programs are not collected through this online Family ID platform! However, we do provide a link within Family ID to facilitate payments via our MPHS Band Booster PayPal account (for those who would like the convenience of electronic payment).

So, the listed "total due" at the end of your Family ID registration process, does not indicate what you will be expected to pay today: instead, your payment dates and amount due will be determined by which program(s) and which payment plan(s) you select - as well as by any financial assistance for which you may qualify!
