REMINDERS
**A physical performed by a licensed health care provider is required to participate in athletics and expires after 2 years**. A copy of the student's current physical needs to be turned into the business office or uploaded onto the FamilyID site before being eligible to start practice.  An automated reminder will be sent to the email provided to Family ID when a physical is about to expire and needs to be updated.

Incoming Freshmen are required to bring a copy of their current physical into the business office.  These do not automatically move up from the middle schools or previous school.  Copies may be faxed to 354-6665.  It is the family's responsibility to ensure a copy of the student's current physical gets to the business office before the student can participate in the sport/activity.

In addition, all athletes must have a current GSL sticker on their school ID to play.  GSL stickers are $42.  This covers the student for all sports and entrance to regular GSL games for the entire school year and may be purchased in the Rogers Business Office with cash or check or with a credit card at the SPS district on-line payments site.

The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) recommends that each student participating in interscholastic activities be covered by insurance. Adequate insurance is recommended to provide benefits in areas such as those listed below:

  1. Minimum death benefit
  2. Doctor's services and hospitalization
  3. X-rays
  4. Dental coverage

Online registration for this program is currently closed/unavailable. Please contact Rogers High School for further information.
