The Uxbridge Public Schools offers a Before and After School care for Grades 1 - 3 at the Taft School. We open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. The programs run from the first day of school, Tuesday, September 8th to the last day of school in June. The program is open on school half-days.
Families will use this form to register and/or pay for child care services for the 2020-2021 school year.
With the uncertainties of what the new Daycare guidelines will be, schedules and pricing may change. If you register and slots are full, please email me at email@example.com what care you will require. We will try to accommodate your care.

This is a fee-for-service program and enrollment is limited.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 21ST, 2020.
REGISTRATION WILL REOPEN SEPTEMBER 8TH IF THERE ARE SLOTS STILL AVAILABLE
If school is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other reason deemed by the Superintendent, Extended Day will also be closed. There will be no refund for that day, as it will be made up for at the end of the year.
The following are days the Child Care Program is CLOSED:
- October 12th, Columbus Day
- November 11th, Veteran’s Day
- November 25th, NO After School Care
- November 26th & 27th, (Thanksgiving Recess)
- December 23rd, NO After School Care
- December 24th – Jan. 1st, (Winter Recess)
- January 15th, Staff Professional Development
- January 18th, Martin Luther King Day
- February 15th – 19th, Winter Break
- April 2nd, Good Friday
- April 19th - 23rd, April Vacation
- May 31st, Memorial Day
- You are not being charged for these days.
Look over the dates carefully (especially closed dates) and plan accordingly.
Once your form is completed you will need to Click Pay & Submit. A deposit of $50.00 per child must be paid online for your registration to be accepted. This deposit will be deducted from your tuition. Your yearly tuition amount is based on the schedule you selected. You will receive a contract that states your monthly tuition. It will be based on your yearly tuition then divided by nine monthly payments. Payments begin in September and ends in May. You may choose to pay this by check or pay online through your FamilyID account with PayPal, Credit or Debit card. Payment online is preferred.
No refunds are issued for absences/vacations taken when we are open or absences due to extra activities after school.
A three week notice is needed for cancellation of care.
