2019-2020 Parent Teacher Conference Childcare, Trimester 1

WHAT: In anticipation of parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, October 24 and Friday, October 25, your Tower students can participate in Conference Childcare while you are attending conferences.

All families that need to take advantage of this opportunity, please fill out one registration form per child so that we may staff accordingly.

On Thursday, pizza will be offered for students in attendance during lunchtime for an additional $2.50 per slice, otherwise, please send a lunch with your child.

WHEN: The hours of coverage are 
  Thursday, 10/24 from 12:30 pm until 8:00 pm and
  Friday, 10/25 from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm

COST: The charge will be $10 per day for one student and a family rate of $20 per day for multiple children. Charges will be invoiced using the billing portal. However, you will be charged for the option pizza selection now via credit card.

A note for those signed up for Club T.E.D. on Thursdays:

If you are contracted for regular Thursdays, your child can attend from dismissal at 12:30 pm to your contracted pickup time for no additional fee. Conference Childcare on Friday is only available for students whose parents are in the building attending conferences for an additional fee. 

Yoga Club and Soccer Club will not meet on Thursday, October 24.
