Winter 2019-2020 High School Sports start on Monday, November 18, 2019. Before any student can participate in tryouts, the following requirements must be met:
*All student athletes MUST be registered on the Family ID website each season.
*All student athletes MUST turn in a copy of their most recent physical documented on Section 6 and a completed Section 5 (both forms are available in "Links" on the right side of this page) to the Athletic Department and must be medically approved prior to the first day of tryouts. Physicals are valid if given on or after June 1, 2019 and shall be effective, regardless of when performed during a school year, until the latter of the next May 31st or the conclusion of the spring sports season. Students with expired physicals will not be permitted to participate in tryouts, practices or games until a new physical is submitted and approved.
If your student athlete played a 2019-2020 Fall sport or had a PIAA physical dated after June 1, 2019, please print, complete, and return to the Athletic Department the PIAA Section 7 Recertification form (found under "Links").
The FREE Winter Athletic School Physicals will be given in the High School Cafeteria on Monday, October 21, 2019. By clicking on "School Physical" in the Family ID registration, you are signing up for a school physical. Please bring with you a completed Section 5 Health History form and a blank Section 6 Physician Physical form for the physician to complete (See Links for forms). Student athletes are required to wear their glasses or contacts, athletic clothing, and sneakers to the physical.

IMPACT Concussion Testing is required for all incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade student-athletes, anyone new to the Southern Lehigh School District or anyone who has not yet participated in a sport.

The deadline for Family ID registrations, PIAA physical paperwork, Pay to Participate Fee (submit to the Athletic Department located in the High School), and IMPACT concussion testing (if necessary), is Monday, November 11, 2019 in order to participate on the start date. If the November 11th date is missed, the athlete may be held out of his/her sport on the start date.
If you are new to FamilyID, Sign Up for your secure FamilyID account by entering your family name, email address and password. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folders.). Click on the link in your email activation, which will log you in to FamilyID
Once logged in, complete the information requested. When you have completed the form, click the "Save & Continue" button.
Review your registration summary and then click the green 'Pay & Submit' for online payment or 'Submit' for offline payment method.
Click on "Proceed to Payment" to be directed to PayPal where you can pay with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. Once completed, you will receive an email from FamilyID confirming your registration and an email from PayPal confirming your payment.
At any time, you may log into https://www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s). To view your completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab in the top blue bar.
