ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to be cleared for participation in Athletics at Eureka High School, student athletes:
- MUST complete and submit an online registration Athletic Packet via FamilyID.
- MUST submit a current physical signed by your doctor ( this can be uploaded or submitted to the Athletics office directly)
- Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA* and on track to graduate
- Adhere to the guidelines established by the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF)
Simply submitting all your information does not guarantee clearance. Student athletes must verify they have been CLEARED before they can participate in a tryout, practice or game.
If you wish to apply for academic probation, please make an appointment with the athletic director to determine your eligibility for probation.
Please select the sport your child is interested in. Final team assignments are at the discretion of the coach.
